CORUS⚡️45 classes consist of high intensity, low impact, and pilates inspired interval training done against spring tension. Expect slow, controlled movements that deeply engage the core and posterior chain. Cardio, strength training, and stretching are all combined in not just every class but in every move. Expect to get stronger, leaner, and better at everything else you do.
Our Headliners are specially trained to provide a personal training experience in a group setting, and every single Crüe Member receives hands-on attention. Athletes of all levels and backgrounds are welcomed with Open Arms (excuse the Journey pun!). Red lighting and loud music set the stage for the most body rocking workout.
