COME PREPARED TO ROCK
You must arrive 10 minutes early for your first class. No exceptions.
Wear workout clothes. We find that mid-to-long shorts for men and form-fitting leggings for women are best.
Grip socks are required (no shoes in class). Bring your own or we sell them.
Bring a full water bottle. We also sell water at the studio.
Bring a towel—you will SWEAT. We keep our studios on the warmer side.
Silence your phone and turn your Apple watch to “Do Not Disturb”.
DON’T STOP BELIEVIN’
Don’t stop rocking just because it’s hard work! When you’re starting any new workout, consistency is key. Even if you’re confused or sore, keep coming back! Your body and mind need a couple weeks to develop new movement patterns. You’ll start to look and feel stronger in no time. We recommend taking a minimum of 3 classes per week and taking class from different Headliners to see which ones you rock with the best.
